Get the leadership to 125 and take Disciplinarian perk. Now you can revert bandit into regular troops. Sounds not so useful, right? WRONG!
Becouse there is one thing - that bandits can be lvled up to a noble line for some reason. I just farmed a forest bandits for about 15 minutes. Prisoned or hired them. And right now i have 70 batanian fian champions after 1 hour of gameplay.
You can revert steppe bandits into Khans guard.
You can revert hillmen into the banner knights
You can revert forest bandits into batanian fian champions
So you can just hir dozens of unlimited ammount of nobles in your army from tier 1 to tire 3.
