Have a few questions about play in this mod.
1. Sent some of the new characters on Emissary missions. The old characters returned. The new ones are still missing. Any way to get them back?
2. I set my culture to Oda. I can not get Oda troops except from Oda Towns, Castles and Villages, despite my culture setting. Does it do anything?
3. In other Mods setting my domestic policy reduces tax inefficiency I can not get lower than 33% in this mod. I am currently set at Very Centralized, Very Plutocratic, Serfdom(All Peasants), Very High Quality Troops, Very Mercantilist. Am I missing something?
