I've seen this far too often to keep ignoring it.

In the various different modes, way too many people, way too often completely ignore the objective of the game. In siege you can have 9 out of 10 stand outside the walls throwing spears or shooting bows, occasionally someone entering to just fight the few people and then go mess around again. They show no interest whatsoever to actually cap the flag. Considering there either isn't any conquest or CTF, or simply no people on them, I haven't seen there, but I assume it's pretty much the same problem.

Something has to be done that enforces people or encourages doing the objective, and not just get kills.
