Missing Companion (Last Days)

Playing the last days mod my companion was captured by a great host of Isengard which very quickly I kicked the merry hell out of, now I looked in Minas Tirth and in Eastfold inn to no avail.  Am I being exceptionally dense here?

In a more general question that relates to the entire game modded or not, do you guys equip companions with expensive armour and what not.  Do you think its cost effective?

To answer your question: You must look at Dul Gudur(Not SP) or Minas Morgul and rescue them.
