In Progress Making Peace Exploit

Hello when starting a new play through in version e1.5.0.238476, I found a glitch or something that probably isnt meant to work this way.

Summary: When you are a wanted criminal you can make peace with the kingdom for no money, also you can have the lords pay you to make peace with the kingdom.
How to Reproduce: Provided a video
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): Artisan quest caused me to have the crime.
Media (Screenshots & Video): The video is not currently public, just posted onto youtube.
Version: e1.5.0.238476
Installed community-made modifications: No mods
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor

RAM:32gb
Motherboard:
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 2tb SSD
