Ibe created a cheat save where I will just conquer the world for fun.. Blah blah blah. So I maxed my stats and ramped up my renown and honour but my party size won't go past 153? Can't take London with 153 troops? I cheat conquered a city and made my own kingdom and still no increase?

You can increase your party size by getting a promotion. In order to do that, you need to join a faction, and then head for the military depot. There, you'll meet a guy which can sell you ranks, or just promote you based on your renown or the amount of captured enemy banners you have in your inventory.
