I don't think it's dead, even if we haven't heard much in a long time. Docm has replied to some comments about progress on the ModdB page. Remember, he is just one person working on this in his spare time, and he also worked a bit on Bannerlord. He said that, "Progress does still occur, just very slowly. An update will come, but not soon. Enjoy the current version or put the mod out of your mind is my advice."
