Kingdom Lord Parties

So I'm trying to increase the limit to the number of units a Kingdom's Lord's Party has, and I've found the "Ideal Size" tidbit in the module_scripts section, and I know that a lord starts with a base of 30 (from what I gather) but what I want too know is that can I change it for different kingdoms? IE, have one kingdom have more troops than another?

change the reinforcements partyes in module party templates

But that way sucks, because then the size of the town garrison gets that much larger too.
