Hello, just wanted to know if I can add a video to be repoducing in the main menu.
Is there a way to add a video to the main menu ?

Not in the Native Engine. You can add moving elements through the main menu presentation, but that's the upper limit to what you can do there.
WSE2 allows you to load and play .bik files, though I doubt it would allow it to be in the background as it seems to be a full screen video on game launch. WSE2 also allows you to load a scene and mission in the main menu so you could potentially have an in-game recreation of the video playing out behind the options.
