IP banned at ''My Games''

I tried to register M&B:warband but i got ''Invalid serial code'' error i tried few more times and got IP banned.Is it permanent  ? And why can't i register my game?

I'm pretty sure it's permament. You should have been more carefull when typing your serial key.

I can't think of something now....Try registering another steam account...maybe its just an account ban not an IP ban.

It's working already.The game registered automatically itself when i bought it.So i tried register same game with same serial

i had same problem. immediately i sent an e-mail to support a week ago. Unfortunately it hasn't answered yet.
