I'm trying to get into invasion mode more seriously and would love to discuss with you different strategies for optimal gameplay.
I mostly play on an empty server with a friend, but it when it's just the two of us, we usually only survive for a couple of rounds and it seems to me that the mode flourishes upwards from ~4-5 players. Please change my view if you can but it seems like for less than that the only viable strategy is inf tanking or maybe heavy cav.
But what do you do? Which factions are good against which opponents and how? What classes are useful? How do you use loot (or give it to comps?)?
And my main question is: what do you do with comps at all? I rarely see them be more than slightly useful.
