Summary: The text about garrison expenses is long and written in a row, not a column, so players are unable to see garrison expenses.
How to Reproduce: To set up Russian language of interface -> to open "Клан" -> to open "Владения" -> to select any castle.
Have you used cheats and if so which: I didn't use them.
