Infinite Loading Screen Entering Pen Cannoc

I accepted a quest to deliver some horses to Pen Cannoc and every time I try to enter the city the game gets stuck in an infinite loading screen. I've went to a few other towns and villages and it only seems to happen in Pen Cannoc.

I also encountered this issue. Accepted a quest to sell some goods in Pen Cannoc and yea cannot enter town of talk to anybody in the town because of the infinite loading screen.

I've just had the same issue.

In the Pen Cannoc town menu, click on the npc portrait at the top and choose 'Talk' to see the infinite loading screen.

I have the same issue, accepted mission to escort horses to Pen Cannoc and every time i try to talk to the person im to deliver them to it infinite load screens me. I was able to access the tournament but it seems like anything or anyone in the town center is bugged

I'm having the same issue, infinite loading screen when loading into the town to walk around.

Same issue, even with different characters, Pen Cannoc cannot be entered, infinite load screen.

Have already tried this and it doesn't work. I can actually access the tavern but that's it.

Yeah this city is bugged. Just avoid it for now
