Summary: When you enter a town, not go anywhere in it, but stay on main screen (choices of going to keep, market etc.) and you press up arrow key or down arrow key the time goes on, while whole map is frozen- noone moves, the stay as they were, you still heal, exp etc, but world "waits" for you. This happened to me in Orcs Hall city, but pretty sure it works in all of them.
How to Reproduce: enter a city and press either up arrow on keyboard, or down arrow
