does anyone knows how to import Napoleonic wars weapons and armor to Warband?

You can for personal use..... Anything towards making a shared mod ( unless you include the NW serial key check ) or something to be sold is not allowed (selling = not allowed in any way at all).....

You are  Wrong Agovic, as personal use is also not allowed. (You would be pirating the game pretty much)

You aren't allowed to import the models from Napoleonic wars or With Fire & Sword into Native or into each other.
Any module that uses files from Napoleonic Wars needs to use an NW key-check for legal purposes.
