i got half of the Austrian generals in my prisoner list..what one do with such scums?...
can i sell them?...can i put them in jail or something?...they eating all my sausages!!!

Look for a "Ransom Broker" in various taverns, or go tell your Faction Leader you have prisoners to sell.

Don't think you can sell Generals

Their faction will eventually offer you a ransom to free them. If you refuse, you lose 1 honour.

If you have a castle or city under your direct control, you can store them in the dungeon.

And austrian Generals are certainly no scum, at least not Karl Schwarzenberg, Archduke Charles and the other brothers (Although Franz II/I wasn't the best Kaiser).
