I captured 5 lords now where can I put them?

I captured 5 lords now where can I put them? I don't want them to escape and I want to win the war.

Well, the best thing to do is to put them in jail in some town or castle (station a garnison), make sure you had built an enhancement for the jail before. Anyway, there will always remains a chance for them to escape, even a very little one. Continue to capture other lords, and you will win the war !

You can only put them in a prison in one of your own cities or castles.

If you haven't been awarded a castle or a town you can give them to allies with lots of troops.... your king is a safe bet.

And if you put them in a castle/city jail, make sure you have built a prisoner tower or they are still quite likely to escape.
