I can no longer recruit at towns

Hi,I have been playing this mod for a few days now and all of a sudden when i try to recruit at a town the option no longer appears to recruit.
it says force recruit but when i try that it says other lords have been in already. help what can i do or is this a bug and i will need to restart? ty

Hi i have restarted a new game, a few weeks into it i still can't recruit whatso ever in towns after a while wtf is going on can someone help me?

  Try deleting the mod from your mod folder then unzipping it again. 

Or download the file again and unzip again.  I have found that I get corrupted downloads from Nexus, quite often.  Sometimes taking 2 or 3 downloads before getting it right.
