Well,playing single player whitout noticig that towns are pretty empty,and that there is so few civilians walking inside of them.I fully understand that that is good for mission about meeting whit spy.But that is not it,i would like more citizens.So how to add more citizens? And i would ask one more question how to add new settlements on map and in game.I am sorry if this threads already exist,and would be grateful to that you give me link.Thanks...
