How to add barter items to npc on barter event

hi i´m developing a mod that introduces a new custom barter with a dinamicaly generated npc and some of the items added to the npc itemroster dont appear as items that can be bartered is there any restriction to the posible items that can be bartered in the newest 1.5.10 version?
The items that wont apear are weapons and armors but item like jewelry or leather appear any help will be great.

Edit:
I identified the problem and its related to the items value as when the items don't reach a threshold it isnt shown as a barteable item
