How do I shorten the time it takes to build buildings

I want to half the time it takes for construction.  I personally think it's ridiculously too long and unrealistic.

AFAIK only by increasing the "Engineer" Skill.

There has to be a formula change that can change this.  Even at level 6 engineering it takes so long.

If it is still too long, then mod it. Use the below link. Two sections: Village/Castle/Town related for improvement and Combat/Troop related for siege equipment.
