Help about National Tournament

How can i improve my reliationship with Kergits for national tournament ?

i have got -3 reliation some of them ... and they does not give missions to me 

Please help asap

helping one of them when they are in a battle helps. such as the are attacking bandits or something. even if they would have won without your assistance they thank you after and your relation goes up slightly
