Question about perisno 1.4.5

Hello friends, I started playing perisno once again, and to change my game, my start was in the Geldar faction, now it happens to me that I can't find the member of the adventurers guild to start the quest chain, does anyone know where could be?

Since I start in the Azure Fort, it does not have a tavern and therefore said NPC does not appear, please help
