Resolved Game crashes on startup. Latest version

Summary:When i go to create a new game, it crashes. Doesnt even make it to the faction selection.
How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: No
Scene Name (if related):
Media (Screenshots & Video):
Computer Specs:
OS: win 10
GPU: 2080ti
GPU Driver Version: latest
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
RAM: 16gb
Motherboard: TUF h310M-plus
Storage Device (HDD/SSD):SDD for OS and HDD for games

Ive also done the crash checklist and none of this worked.

Hello, can you share a Crash ID with us? and moving the game to the SSD might help with the issue.

Theres no need to move it to my SSD as it has always worked with steam being installed on my c drive which only has my OS and programs. All games get installed on the D drive as it has a bigger space. Ive tried looking for my crash id but i cant find my crash log. Checked in SDD and HDD for it. Even in documents. any idea where it could be. Thank you for helping

Hey, i have been informed that this issue is being inspected by our QA team. Can you please let me know if you have done anything specific that could lead to this issue? like relocating a game file or changing it?
