Need More Info Game crashes at the start

Summary: Crashing at the start
How to Reproduce: I had just downloaded the game and tried to play the game without any mods but it crashed at the start after the watching talewords cinematic. It is keep crashing and I can't play it.
When it crashes this comes:

I did the suggestions except doing clean install but nothing changed. I didn't do that because I downloaded recently
