In Progress Game Crash at Character Creaction Screen

Summary:
How to Reproduce: Open the game and go in campaign mode. The dialog pops up in character creation screen. After I click Yes. it doesn't not open the crash uploader. it crashes instead. It seems the error happens when there is supposed to be a 3d model in the UI. if the UI doesn't have 3d model it does not crash. I tried to delete saves in Documents folder and logs in ProgramData folder and uninstall and reinstall the game. the same error appears.
