Resolved Fiefs of the ruling went to enemy after everyone in the ruling clan died

As stated in the title everyone from dey meroc the ruling clan died, and all the fiefs suddenly went into possession of the western empire, as you can see in the second screenshot. The whole western part belonged to us the vlandians. those fiefs should now belong to lasand the current king. I checked and none of our nolbes betrayed us and changed kingdoms or something.

Everyone in the ruling clan of the Western Empire also died but in their case when they chose their new king from another clan it didn´t happen.
