A cursory glance seems to indicate an absence of alternative songs for the game, so I suppose I'll take up the task myself. You can consider this thread a placeholder while I work on the conversions, which will probably take me a couple weeks, possibly a little longer (I work afterall).

The gist of what I'm doing is replacing the vanilla music with more appropriate "cultural" music, primarily folk songs in Ukrainian, Polish, Swedish, Russian (mostly these as I have a huge library, but I'll eventually look into some more "arab themed" songs, as well) ranging from hundreds of years old to contemporary (although this in very modest quantities).

I'm a huge enthusiast of Eastern European culture and music, and wish to promote it to the extent I can, so my credits will eventually include:
The names of each song, who/what/where I got it from, and links to whoever/whatever/wherever you can purchase it or its source.
At least, that's the goal, tracking down who performed a certain 500 year old Ukrainian folk song isn't always possible... But I shall do my best.

Youtube examples of music I'm using, in order Polish, Ukrainian, and Swedish:

Good example of what I'm talking about regarding credits, the second one, who the hell knows, it could be any one of any of dozens of Cossack folk groups performed anytime over the last sixty years.

-Note : I'm not responsible for the anime chicks used in the one video  Can't hold me accountable for other people's odd tastes!
