Faction elimination problems!

So, I'm not sure if this a diplomacy mod problem as I haven't played native this far ever, but on the other forum they said that I should ask here. I've been playing the latest version, everything going great, then I take the last castle from swadians (first time vaegirs, but got angry and started over) and I can't eliminate faction. On the faction relations report it is said that they have 1 lord left, it's been a YEAR, but he's still nowhere to be found, so they still exist and declare war, sign agreements and so on. I tried sending a gift, the option does not show, so I can't even follow. I sent one of my companions to persuade, maybe it would work (so I could have the remaining lord to myself), but my companion dissapeard as well.

How the hell do I find and get rid of that LORD?

Try to turn on cheats, then turn on all-vision (ctrl+t) and find that lord manually.

Did that. Run trough all corners of Calradia, he's nowhere.

check characters, find what settlement he's near. Have you tryed that?
