The title says it all. We need a button to exit directly to the desktop (from everywhere: battlle, settlement, campaign map). This will reduce time-spent-looking-at-loading-screens.
It takes more than a minute (sometimes a lot more) to end the game from main menu (I don't understand why but it does). It also takes time to exit fom singleplayer campaign to main menu. Both seem unnecessary but the latter seems easy to avoid.
