Enterprise cost and daily profit

So i opened an oil press for nearly 14k denars in Jaculan for a daily profit of 35 denars. 35 denars?! Now i need to wait for 14000/35=400 days to actually start making money. Enterprise cost or daily profit needs to changed asap.

Do you only get the option to open an enterprise if you have the money in the first place? I never see the option (I only have 4k gold/ducats/denars).

Enterprises are not supposed to be guaranteed profits.. you can even lose money with them. So what's the point of this thread?

You can change what your workshop is producing. Do that (it costs 2000) until you find out something that's reasonably profitable. Or just change it to woordwork/carpenter workshop if you don't mind exploiting some broken trade mechanic - that makes several thousands a day.

Enterprises are quiet inbalanced right know. I just wanted to point that out.
