Resolved Endless conversation

Summary: Stuck in an endless conversation with lord after convince him to join my kingdom.
How to Reproduce:
1. I got attack by enemy lord while him being helped by other enemies.
2. A dialog pop up and I manage to convince him to join my kingdom.
3. I finish that conversation.
4. I click "I have to leave now" and go back to map view.
5. I click anywhere on the map and dialog shows up with him saying "I think your luck has run out".
6. repeat steps 4
