Eliminating the darkness *spoilers*

So can u actually eliminate the faction? I took all the castles and both cities from them, but they still have 2 villages and hel/jorm/fenrir armies respawn quick and with full amount of soldiers. So is it possible to defeat them or is there some design blocking it so that when chapter 2 comes the evil forces are still messing around in calradia?

You can destroy the faction but they continue to spawn as bandits forever. Those 2 villages are connected to the Nord city. Either some other faction has to invade and take it over to wipe out the Darkness faction or you need to do it. The Darkness cities and castles came from the Nords originally so you could reunite the Nord lands under our own rule, wiping out the Nord and darkness factions in doing so.

Swadia was also on the Darkness religion side so wipe them out as well
