In Progress East NA & West NA Multiplayer servers crash constantly

Summary: Multiplayer East NA/West NA siege or TDM keep crashing. It happens at any time during a game, regardless of the number of players and regardless of the factions playing. The server crashes, the chat goes down, we can still move a bit, but cannot hit/strike, chat or do anything meaningful. Other players appear to run, walk aimlessly in a straight line.

The last time it happened right after I swapped my bow for a double handed sword laying on the ground. I heard other people say it happened after picking up a javelin laying on the ground. I was playing a Siege MP game on West Na server, on the Ayzar Stronghold map. I was playing a Sturgia Archer Poacher/fighter.

How to Reproduce: Start a MP game on servers East NA or West NA, play Sturgia Archer Poacher/Fighter, swap bow for a double handed sword that fell off of an enemy.
