Default armor seems off. It shows very high armor value when in fact it offer less protection than Varyag. Heavy Mail Vest sound like good replacement if not battanian ornaments.
Overall, it's worst heavy cavalry (coupled with fact that their low tier cavalry is also worst in the game it make faction with worst Cavalry, worst Archers, and infantry that can't deal with enemy heavy infantry. Light/medium infantry is also one of the worst in the game).
So the faction is 100% bottom tier with no real advantage against other factions. No wonder it's losing a lot.
