Did i just screw up? (spoilers)

Im doing the Muscovy storyline, and during the part where i need to convince the lords to join my side, i didnt realize i had the letter to show them. I chose to persuade them instead, and all of them refused. I realized i had it much to late, and now i only have two lords. The lords i tryed to convince earlier are now trying to kill me and with the help of only two lords, the cause seems hopeless. What can i do?

You can use the cheatmenu which will allow you to improve your relationship with the lords and to try and persuade them as many times as you need.

there is no CHEATMENU in fire and sword.
so, yes, you screwd up
