Tried to access it from my messages and it showed me the same screen as if you were to try to acxess a deleted post. Weird.

It shows up fine when you set the number of threads per page to 50, but then the 17/08/17 blog disappears, so I think it's something to do with parsing the pages.

Confirmed that it and other topics weren't showing up in the board, depending on the user's "topics to display per page" setting. I just ran some maintenance which fixed it. It seems to be a side effect of how the blog topics are created, which hopefully should be handled better in the future.
