Dell Latitude E5500 - Charging and sound problem.

Hello forum,
its me again, again having some issues...

So, first problem is with charging. Battery led on notebook is blinking orange, in windows it says Not charging, it keeps on zero percents...
Also on BIOS it says that battery is Idle and battery status : Comunication Error....
And using Win7 Home....

The other problem is with sound... Simply, the reproductors on notebook seems dead. Not just a single sound from it. Suggestions?
EDIT: I just found out very WEIRD thing... if i plug in my headphones, reproductors seems to be working like a charm and not just a single sound from headphones... ... just ... the ****? ....

Can you find another battery for testing it? it might be battery is dead or BIOS has serious problems. If BIOS has problems, try your luck with your manufacturer's customer support.

and for the sound issue; you can just try it on a different OS (Ubuntu or Linux Mint will be most easiest one to use. they both have Live versions which doesn't needs to install on a hard drive.)

Well, notebook was send back. Now waiting if they will send repaired notebook or money...
