Resolved Defending a settlement under siege with an army only spawns my party

[Faulty]

I have an army with two parties (mine and my wife's)

We're inside a town when an enemy army arrives and starts a siege

I wait. When the enemy starts their assault, only my party spawns alongside the militia and garrison. The other party in the army isn't present.

Reproduction: save is from before the siege starts, go inside the town and wait for the enemy to siege and assault
