So because the encyclopedia now has a FoW (I'm not a fan of this change), I have to visit each wanderer individually to reveal their stats. I'm doing this to update a database I maintain to keep an accurate log of each wanderers stats after updates. I've logged every wanderer on the list except for one. The Vlandian Deadeye. I've started several dozen fresh sandbox campaigns and this one wanderer has yet to spawn even a single time. I'm convinced a recent update removed him because I just can't believe that the RNG could be this bad. What's going on here?
