Creating new culture??

Hi!

I would like to create some new units with Morgh's to my kingdom but i dont want to edit existing Kingdoms.

I would like to know if its possible to create and how a new culture kingdom with their own custom units so when i create my kingdom in-game in domestic policy choose this new culture to recruit this new troops instead vageirs, rhodoks, nords, etc.

Yes you can do this. There are several tutorials and even a modmerger mod to help with this. Search the forums to find what you want.
