Summary:
When creating my own faction it seems as if I can't gain influence and thus can't make use of mercenaries or other parties to create an army or instate policies. I'm not sure if this is just due to the early access state or not. It makes it rather hard to play as a created kingdom and also limits potential bug testing in regards to such things.

Hoping that this was enough information for the issue I experienced. If not I can try to provide more information upon request. If this can be fixed it would allow for further bug testing information potentially.
