I need some information to give precise instructions.

What Operating system do you use? (i.e. Win7, XP)

Where did you purchase the game?

ummm. its a intel corei7. windows 7 . Asusis what its called . it says its Repuliblic of gamers                                ps i got mount and blade warband off steam

We have the same mb  :grin:

Make sure Warband is not running.

In the start menu, select "Computer"

Open your hard drive (i.e. "Local Disk (C:smile:")

Open "Program Files (x86)" folder

Open "Steam" folder

Open "steamapps" folder

Open "common" folder

Open "mountblade warband" folder

Open "Modules" folder

Open "Native" folder

Right-click on "module.ini" and select "Edit"

This should open notepad with some confusing text.

Open the Edit menu (top of the page) and select "Find"

Select the following line by highlighting it, right click (while the text is highlighted) and select "Copy"

disable_moveable_flag_optimization

In the "Find What" dialog box, right-click and select "Paste"

Make sure what you paste matches "disable_moveable_flag_optimization"

Press "Find Next." This should bring you to the bottom of the document and highlight the text.

The line will read:

disable_moveable_flag_optimization = 0

Change the line to read:

disable_moveable_flag_optimization = 1

Save the file, and start the game.

Good luck!

Comment line is

#assign '1' for moveable physics on all scene props; no sokf_moveable flag will be needed

It looks like a game physics engine competing with a physics engine in the video card, but I have no idea.

This is so great, I've had the same problem for months lol. I actually had to stop playing for a while...really made me sad. There's just one problem, when I enter the Native folder I see is a folder that says "languages", no module.ini at all or anything else for that matter. And the "language" folder leads to a folder "ja", also with nothing inside it. Is it possible for the links to have been moved somehow. I have no mods installed for the game. My system : Asus P6T w/6gig 1333, i7 1st gen, gtx 550ti, vista 64. I'm fairly competent with pc's, please tell me there's something I can do to fix this. I've also reinstalled several times..not sure if that's relevant.

Make sure the file path for the Native folder is correct. If you are using steam, it should be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\mountblade warband\Modules\Native\

If the module.ini file is not in that directory, reinstall warband.
