In Progress Mount & Blade: Warband launcher not starting

When i click play in steam, the .exe runs but the launcher never shows up. It also says im playing it on steam, then the exe closes. It was working just a second ago, this started happening after my game crashed once on a load. I tried all sorts of fixes and nothing worked.
Also I tried:
-Reinstall game
-Verify Game Files
-Delete M&B Warband Roaming folder
-Delete rgl.config
-Uninstall OneDrive

Please help me

I have the same problem and at this point, I'm just desperate nothing seems to work. I just don't understand what am I doing wrong

I have the same problem. But people tell me it's because of win10pro. I tried everything pls help. I've taken a new computer and downloaded mount and blade warbande on it for the first time, but it doesn't work.

I'm also curious about the fact that Blood and Gold: Caribbean, another TaleWorlds game, seems to work fine on my system. I play here. This makes me wonder if there's something specific to Mount and Blade Warband that's causing these launch issues.

'Blood and Gold: Caribbean' has licenced the game engine of M&B Warband, it is not a game by TaleWorlds and also not getting distributed by TW.

All right, thanks. But is it possible because of win10pro that mount and blade warbande does not work

Not sure what is causing it but there have been multiple people with Windows 10 reporting the issue. Can't tell myself since I am playing on Windows 7 and Linux.
