Modded Crash when play with mod

Summary:when i start thhe game with some mods (the old realm mod) it always show "the application faced a problem we need to collect necessary fikes to fix this" then crash i tried to clean reinstall and other way to fix on various post and video but no seem to fix the problem the game start normally without mods
How to Reproduce:Start the game, crashes on startup loading screen
Have you used cheats and if so which:no i dont use cheat
