Modded Crash when loading save; says Storymode and Sandbox caused crash

Summary: After playing many hours in game, while travelling on map the game crashed. This has happened before in another campaign, so I made a whole new one and it has happened again. Upon trying to load last save as well as older saves the game crashes during loading. If I go back to a really old save it loads fine, but it would mean doing things over again... which I did and sure nuff it happened again.

How to Reproduce: Play the game long enough and try to load recent save.

Have you used cheats and if so which: I enabled cheats by changing the 0 to a 1 in the game folder. I mostly just heal my horse and myself during battles. I also use Mods.

Hey, we do not offer support for the mods or modded games. Can you try to reproduce the issue on a new campaign after manually removing all the mod files and verifying the integrity of the game files. If the issue is persistent on a new, unmodded campaign please let me know.

I'll try it and see, but I sorta doubt I will be able to reproduce the problem.

Sounds similar to an issue I'm currently having where I've been playing fine then been unable to load the save (but can go back to an older save). I also run captivity events, hot butter and a captivity events addon (different to yours). I'm thinking it could be the latter. Perhaps its to do with recruiting prisoners as heroes.
