Need More Info Companion party stuck on a village

I created another party with Chavil Bloodaxe and he began waiting next to a village forever after some time.
I tried to kick him by talking then I told him I was joking and didn't want him to leave, a battle preparation screen has come (versus my own clan's party).
This is repeatable for me and village appears to be random.

Same thing happened to me.
I have a clan without kingdom and the 2nd party is always at Lycaron and doing nothing.
