Resolved Companion Daughters From Save Daughter Quest Have Issues

Summary: 1.If you successfully complete the save daughter quest then the daughter will become a wanderer; however, she will never actually appear in the world after she disappears from the town you save her in. So, you can never actually recruit her from a city tavern. 2. If you complete the save daughter quest by convincing the daughter, then leave the village, then IMMEDIATELY renter the village, then you can pay to recruit her as a companion; however her functionality is bugged. For instance, you can't set her as a governor, but if you kick her out and wait a awhile for her to appear in a different city, then you can pick her back up as a companion and this time you can set her as governor.

I notice at first when one recruit her one can´t access their inventory.
Any reason they are 3 times as expensive?
