Commoners kingdom?

I just had something similar happen, so I thought I'd add it. I helped Arwa claim the throne of the Sarranids and now I'm almost done helping her conquer Calradia. All factions have been defeated except for the Swadians. So at one point, way after the Vaegirs were gone, I got this odd message that "King Yargolek of the Commoners was defeated in battle, but managed to escape". No idea who defeated him, but a few days later, I see him in the middle of the desert, representing the Comoners and riding towards my town Bariyye, with him being the only troop in the army. So I intercepted him and asked him what he is doing and he responded that he is weary of battle and is going towards 'his home, Bariyye' to get rest and gather troops. Well, right now he really is garrisoned in Bariyye, appearing grey among my troops, who are yellow, and he has raised 14 Vaegir soldiers so far...

Why'd you let him get away?!

I had this happen in my save file where I conquered Calradia (for the first and only time). At the end, I indicted all my lords for treason and basically deported all the lords in the game. I think took all the fiefs for myself and went around emptying all the garrisons in the map.

A while later, I get a message like "King Yarogleck of the Commoners is sieging Praven" (however the line goes - this was quite a while ago). I think they even declared war on me, but I can't remember exactly. They had the same banner as me, though, so I thought that was funny. I have screenshots buried around somewhere. I think I put them on steam.

He kept reviving in the same place with no party. If he was too wounded to fight, his party was literally invisible. When he recovered, he'd appear where I last whooped his butt. I tried to let him take praven to see what would happen, but after literally a month of letting him siege it with no interruption (empty garrison still), I said "**** it". I kept beating him up until I caught him. Threw him in a dungeon where he has been for the years I have not even touched the game lol.

I rekt his party and he disappeared, so I left. Then I get this:
