Clan matches downtime

Every time a "game is starting" it takes minutes to load in, most of the time on person crashes and you are back at the same again. Its annoying af, its wasting hours of time of your active players and made some quit already. Please Taleworlds why is making a server taking minutes each time ?

100% so annoying when we do a clan match and have to wait like 3 minutes for it just to begin then if someone crashes we have to do it all over again. Not to mention just regular 6v6 pickups have been doing this for the past week. Really annoying, just let us ****ing play whats wrong with the servers.

The whole main menu time efficency is horrible. Even without crashes. Its too slow, too complicated, too clunky, not intuitive.
We have 2021 and TW has never heard anything about the so called "search function".
